For Easter, Chef Mandy created two different types of Chocolate Easter Eggs, the Dulcey and the Yuzu, both filled its own unique layers of surprises. The eggs were sold individually, or as a set: perfect for families to enjoy a sweet treat at breakfast time or for afternoon tea over the Easter long weekend.
This exciting Easter egg is made with Dulcey, the French chocolate brand Valrhona’s signature 35% blond chocolate with beautiful caramelized biscuit notes: so delicious, you can’t stop snacking!
Opening up this treat and tasting the different layers of flavours in the mouth will lead guests to relive the childhood joy of Easter. The crunchy layer of pecan praline, with our house-made sea-salted caramel, we finish it off with toasted assorted nuts to provide an extra satisfying crunch.

We start a beautiful bright yellow Valrhona Yuzu Inspiration outer shell, and cover the bottom with yuzu white chocolate ganache.
