DESCRIPTION
Indulge in an Autumn special version of our signature Flan Patissier. Chef Mandy incorporates Chinese culture into this French pastry by using coconut milk to cook the custard base for the flan, reminiscent of what she grew up savouring. Recollecting the aroma of traditional mooncakes, we put a modern twist on tradition by using white lotus seeds to naturally sweetened this dessert, a pure nostalgia in every bite.
SIZES
Regular, serves 4-7 (16cm diameter on top)
Large, serves 8-12 (18cm diameter, in round shape only)
TASTING TIPS
We advise to keep the cake in room temperature on the day of delivery.
To keep overnight, put in the fridge and enjoy the cake within 2 days.
To reheat, preheat your oven to 170C and heat for 5 minutes until the custard centre is warm.

Our delivery time is between 12-4pm, as determined by the day's delivery route. The driver will call ahead to ensure pick up, and we kindly ask to pick up on the ground floor for quick exchange.
