DESCRIPTION

Nothing warms up your soul like a classic dessert. Enjoy our signature flan made with Madagascar vanilla custard with a surprise French hazelnut praline filling in the centre, then baked inside our in-house made puff pastry.

 

SIZES

Regular, serves 4-7 (16cm diameter on top)
Large, serves 8-12 (18cm diameter, in round shape only)

 

TASTING TIPS

We advise to keep the cake in room temperature on the day of delivery.
To keep overnight, put in the fridge and enjoy the cake within 2 days.

To reheat, preheat your oven to 170C and heat for 5 minutes until the custard centre is warm.
