Our remix of the classic Black Forest, a chocolate and cherry combination that most of us in Hong Kong grew up eating. We choose Valrhona Guanaja 70% to make the chocolate gateau and luscious dark chocolate mousse, paired with cherry compote and freshly whipped vanilla cream.
Comes in two sizes:
- 15cm in diameter, serves 4-6.
- 18cm in diameter, serves 8-10.
