DESCRIPTION
At Finessence, we love an opportunity to let our creativity run wild. Chef Mandy delved into the world of Lei Cha (a cherished part of Hakka cuisine) and was captivated by its wholesome qualities; the well-balanced concoction made by grinding tea leaves, oatmeal, roasted nuts & sesame, black beans & brown rice. She used these ingredients to compose an original French-styled pastry this Autumn.

Our delivery time is between 12-4pm, as determined by the day's delivery route. The driver will call ahead to ensure pick up, and we kindly ask to pick up on the ground floor for quick exchange.
