DESCRIPTION
The long awaited spectacular Saint Honoré; a matrimony of puff & choux pastry.
With our baked-to-perfection puff pastry as the crispy foundation, we apply a layer of pistachio diplomat cream to hold a mix of two sets of choux: the larger caramel-glazed are filled with salted Fleur de sel caramel cremeux, while the smaller are filled with pistachio praline made in-house. Following the tradition, we top with a light airy vanilla chantilly & sprinkle with roasted pistachio.
SIZES
Regular, serves 4-6 (13cm diameter)
Large, serves 7-10 (18cm diameter)
For custom larger sizes, please order with us via Whatsapp.
TASTING TIPS
Upon receiving the cake, please put in the fridge as soon as possible.
For best results, consume on the same day as puff pastry is freshly baked in the morning.

Our delivery time is between 12-4pm, as determined by the day's delivery route. The driver will call ahead to ensure smooth delivery, and we kindly ask that you pick up on the ground floor. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept requests for deliveries at specific times.
