Chef Mandy adds Pomelo to re-release POMPOM, our green apple light cheesecake, thus evolving into POM-MELO

The POM-MELO uses two varieties:
🇹🇭 赤鑽柚 Red Ruby

🇹🇼 文旦 Buntan

The refreshing fragrance of yuzu flavours the cream cheese mousse, giving this light cheesecake the perfect balance of creaminess and citrus. In this new version, fresh pomelo is folded into the mouth-watering granny smith apple compote. This work of art is finished with a buttery citrus-zested crumble at the base, and topped with more fresh pomelo segments for slight bitterness aftertaste.
