My latest whimsical creation marries the playful essence of Caramel Popcorn with sophisticated elegance. We prepare the Caramel Popcorn Mousse first by popping the corn kernels, infuse into milk, resulting in a creamy mousse with each bite reminiscent of freshly popped corn.
Complimented with crackling cornflake crunch, smooth vanilla cremeux, sea salt caramel, and a soft biscuit made with cornflour, we wanted to recreate a cake that reminds us of the carefree spirit of childhood while savouring the refined artistry of a gourmet dessert.
The flavour of this cake is familiar yet extraordinary, making it the perfect centrepiece for any occasion & leaving a lasting impression to our guests.

Our delivery time is between 12-4pm, as determined by the day's delivery route. The driver will call ahead to ensure smooth delivery, and we kindly ask that you pick up on the ground floor. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept requests for deliveries at specific times.
