DESCRIPTION
An elegant cream-coloured cake to celebrate Mother’s Day 2024. The thoughtful planning process to innovate Caramel Popcorn into a cake form was a challenge we took to heart. Chef Mandy begin with making popcorn and infuse into milk to create Caramel Popcorn Mousse, a creamy intense popcorn flavour to counter a crackling cornflake crunch, smooth vanilla cremeux, sea salt caramel, and a soft biscuit made with cornflour. We top off with white chocolate carvings to resemble a bouquet gift of edible floral petals.
SIZES
Regular, serves 4-6 (14cm)
Large, serve 7-12 (20cm)
TASTING TIPS
Upon receiving the cake, please put in the fridge as soon as possible.
For best results, please consume within two days.

Our delivery time is between 12-4pm, as determined by the day's delivery route. The driver will call ahead to ensure smooth delivery, and we kindly ask that you pick up on the ground floor. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept requests for deliveries at specific times.
